CME's New A Leading Edge Green Technology - For Battery Rejuvenation
Why Rejuvenate?
As batteries discharge, both lead oxide (Pb02, +) and elemental lead
(Pb, -) electrodes turn into lead sulfate (PbSO4)' and sulfuric acid, electrolyte, simultaneously becomes water. When recharging, lead sulfate formed on both electrodes turns back to elemental lead and lead oxide, and sulfate dissolves in water to
become sulfuric acid.
FAQ
How long does the rejuvenation process?
The rejuvenation process depends on the capacity and the severity of
the battery which will only be known after diagnostic step. Normally it
takes about 24 - 72 hours.
How long the battery will last after rejuvenation?
On average rejuvenation will bring back the battery to higher than
90% of its performance. So, an 8 years life design battery will last
about another 7.2 years if it is rejuvenated to 90% performance as
compared to new ones.
How many times can we rejuvenate the battery?
Theoretically, many times, as long as internal parts are intact. But, it
depends on old battery's quality and condition which must be different
depending on career use of those batteries. We also do not have
actual experience but would estimate at least 2 -3 times. It must be
the best to rejuvenate before complete death to prolong its life.
How about the guarantee policy of regenerated batteries?
We guarantee the life time of the regenerated batteries and the
guaranteed period must be different depending on the quality of
regenerated batteries. Ecosaver evaluates every regenerated battery
and only the regenerated batteries which pass this test are delivered
to the customers and we decide the guarantee time with the
evaluated material prolong its life.
